Terms of Use - Mirai's Schedule

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the "Mirai's Schedule" mobile application (the "App") provided by the individual developer ("Developer"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Paid Content and Subscriptions

The App offers a paid "Pro Plan" (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) that provides additional features.

2.1 Payments

Payments will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("Platforms") and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Platform account settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled by the respective Platforms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in any activity that interferes with the App's operation, including reverse engineering, tampering, or overloading the Developer's systems.

4. Disclaimers

The Developer provides the App "as is" and is not responsible for any damages or data loss resulting from its use. The service may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

5. Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, the use of the App is subject to the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) for iOS users.
